                                                         SILVERLINERS INTERNATIONAL SPONSORSHIP FORM

Silverliners International is requesting a donation to assist with the hosting of the Hospitality Events for our Kas Vegas Convention. We encourage the local Silverliners Chapters who are not able to send a Delegate to participate in the convention to help with a sponsorship donation.

Any donation amount is welcome and appreciated. Please make checks payable to Silverliners International. Silverliners International is a non-profit 503 (c)(3) organization dedicated to a wide-range 

of charitable entities and your donations are tax-deductible.
