Download the Form, Complete It, Scan It, and Email It, OR send via U.S. Mail.

Check Payment of Registration Fee

All Check Payments must be sent with the Registration Form to the

TUS Treasurer by March 19,2026.

Checks MUST be made payable to ~ Silverliners.

Card Card Payment of Registration Fee

If you paid the Registration Fee by credit card 

online the using the Section below;

You must  indicate on the Registration Form 

that it was paid online.

However, you MUST still send the completed Registration Form to  the TUS Treasurer.
