                                        SILVERLINERS INTERNATIONAL SPONSORSHIP FORM

Silverliners International is requesting a donation to assist with the hosting of the Hospitality Events for our 70th Year Jubilee Convention. We encourage the local Silverliners Chapters who are not able to send a Delegate to participate in the convention with a sponsorship donation.

Any amount is welcome and appreciated. Please make checks payable to Silverliners International. Silverliners International is a non-profit 503 (c)(3) organization dedicated to a wide-range of charitable entities so your donations are tax deductible.
